Fitz Cahall and crew at Duct Tape Then Beer have released the first installment of Three Types of Fun, a series of visual stories that are intended to make you stop and think about whether you are living life to the fullest potential. They are climbers first and amputees second. Gimp Monkeys tells the story of the first disabled team to climb Yosimite's El Capitan. I created the tense, breathy music in the beginning. If you're not inspired, you might want to check your pulse. Pass it along if you like it.</p>

The broadcast of last night's performance will be on KING FM (king.org) July 7th at 8:00 PM, but in the meantime here's this performance:</p>

(If you haven't seen the documentary, <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0424509/">Touch the Sound</a>, add it to your&nbsp;Netflix&nbsp;queue or find it online.) This video is about 30 minutes, but it's worth the time. Great reminder that I need to listen with more than my ears.</p>
